- Darvel Desroches is a real estate professional with significant experience providing brokerage, development, management and consulting services to individuals and investment groups. Darvel began his career at National Equity Fund., Inc. where he provided capital and loans through the New Markets Tax Credits Program to businesses and real estate development projects located in low-income areas throughout the United States. During his career, Darvel has closed over $78 million of business and real estate development transactions.
